Dell's new Latitude 11 and Latitude 13 laptops are built with students in mind

Dell has taken the wraps off of a trio of new notebooks for students and educators with the Latitude 11, Latitude 11 Convertible, and Latitude 13. All three pack Windows 10 on board, though, interestingly, they're also available with Chrome OS as well.

Both the Latitude 11 and its convertible sibling are available with Intel's 7th-generation Celeron and Pentium processors. Dell is claiming all-day battery life for both, so longevity in the classroom shouldn't be a concern. Of course, the convertible version has some extra bells and whistles, featuring a 360-degree hinge, a "world-facing" camera to create videos, and support for inking with the Dell Productivity Active Pen.

The Latitude 13, on the other hand, is a pretty standard affair with processor option covering both 6th- and 7th-generation Intel Celeron, Pentium and up to Core i5 processors. Other than its larger 13-inch screen, Dell says that the Latitude 13 includes faster memory. Optional E-Rate mobile broadband will also let users stay connected even outside of Wi-Fi range.

All three notebooks are expected to go on sale starting February 7. The Latitude 11 and Latitude 11 Convertible will start at $349 and $579, respectively. Meanwhile, the Latitude 13 will start at $519.
