Extras + Info update increments version number of Firmware Update Notifier

Extras + Info picked up an update to version 3.14.7.4, although the changelog does not make note of what's new other than "general fixes and improvements." Thus far, the only change we've noticed is that the Firmware Update Notifier version number has bumped from 1.2.11.1 to 1.2.12.1.
