All of these accessories and parts are great to have for your Turtle Beach Stealth 600, and since they're all on the cheaper side, you might want to buy all of them. However, if you had to choose, I think it's most important to have the Rankie Micro USB Cable, as well as a pair of the replacement ear cushions. The former will ensure you'll likely never need to buy a replacement cable ever again, while having the latter ahead of time will allow you to easily swap out the damaged cushions for the new ones right away.
