According to a recent posting by EA regarding their EA Access program, Dead Space 3 and Mass Effect: Andromeda will be joining the Vault. The Vault is a collection of free games which anyone who subscribes to the service can access and enjoy as long as they're a member.

EA Access costs $29.99 each year but you can also choose $4.99 monthly payments.

Dead Space 3 may not be the best Dead Space game but it's still a lot of fun, especially in co-op mode. The game brings our hero Isaac Clarke and merciless soldier John Carver on a journey across space to discover the source of the Necromorph outbreak. Intrigued yet? They crash-land on the frozen planet of Tau Volantis, where Isaac must search the harsh environment for raw materials and parts. The planet holds the key to ending the Necromorph plague forever, but first Isaac must overcome avalanches, treacherous climbs, and the violent wilderness. Dead Space 3 is definitely more action-focused than the other games but if does offer some closure for the trilogy.

Mass Effect: Andromeda may have launched in a broken state but now a lot of its problems have been fixed. The game takes players to the Andromeda galaxy, far beyond the Milky Way and into the future. There, players will lead Humanity's fight for a new home in hostile territory as the Pathfinder. According to BioWare, this is the story of humanity's next chapter, and player choices throughout the game will ultimately determine their survival. It's a shame that this game damaged the reputation of the franchise.

While free games are a perk of EA Access, the service also offers early access to a few titles. Be sure to play Need for Speed: Payback, The Sims 4, and Star Wars: Battlefront 2 a few days before anyone else if you're a member. Buying the yearly pass is cheaper than paying each month so be sure to check the 12-month subscription at retailers.
