The 2.9.1 update for Fenice should be going live in the next few hours so check the Store in a bit to grab the latest version (it was just published to the Store).

We're super excited to see Windows Hello authentication being used as it's one of the first Twitter apps to do so – definitely let us know in comments what you think of it!

Also, as a small note for you graphic designers out there, the developer behind Fenice is looking for some help on a new logo. Have some ideas? Try and reach him through @FeniceWindows to lend a hand.

Fenice runs for $1.99 as like all third-party Twitter apps they have to contend with Twitter's developer token restriction. Is it worth the $2? We think so especially if you are looking for something with a little more oomph than the official Twitter app.

Bonus: We have ten free codes for Fenice we'll be giving away later this evening. We'll update this article at 8 PM ET (1 AM GMT, 6:30 AM IST) with a list of 10 codes. Whoever enters the code in first, gets a free license!

Update: Here are 10 free codes. These will go within in seconds, so once they are gone, they're gone!
