Hilarious Fallout 76 trailer highlights building and gratuitous violence

Today, Bethesda shared more details about Fallout 76's building system. While veterans of the series might recognize it from Fallout 4, it's a little different in a multiplayer setting. Allocating tasks and gather resources requires teamwork.

As expected, the publisher released a hilarious "vintage" video detailing buildings and how they affect gameplay. While the trailer features a lot of exaggeration, normal players will mostly come across other gamers who want to build bases together. Planning for future expansions to your structures seems like a good strategy. Haphazardly constructing left-and-right will only result in resource depletion.

Even though Fallout 76 is entirely online, it isn't a massively multiplayer online game. At any given time you'll be playing with dozens of people, not thousands. It's similar to titles like Anthem and Destiny 2. However, if you don't like playing with other gamers, you can also experience the title on your own. However, it's much easier if you have help, especially when it comes to gathering resources and building.

Fallout 76 should launch on November 14, 2018, starting at $59.99 on Xbox One and other platforms. You can preorder a variety of editions at retailers like Amazon or the Microsoft Store right now. As with almost all "AAA" games nowadays, Fallout 76 features Xbox One X enhancements. The title is expected to achieve native 4K resolution on Microsoft's new machine.
