If you're a member of the Windows Insider Slow ring and have been unable to update to the latest build release, 18362, you're not alone. Microsoft has acknowledged the problem in an update to its build 18362 blog post, and notes that it is currently working on a fix.

According to Microsoft, the issue lies in moving from cumulative update build 18356.16 to build 18362, and it only impacts Insiders who were attempting to move from the former. From Microsoft:

The team is currently working on a fix now. In the meantime, Build 18362 will no longer be offered to Insiders who are on Build 18356.16, so Insider PCs don't continue to try and take Build 18362 and fail. We will post another update once we release the fix and resume the Build 18362 flight. Thank you!

For now, all you can do is sit tight if you're one of the affected Insiders. However, it's likely we'll see a fix pushed out soon, as Microsoft continues to nail down lingering issues before Windows 10 update 19H1 is officially released later this spring.
