At E3 2018, Microsoft announced that it had acquired Ninja Theory, the acclaimed developer behind games like Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice. Ninja Theory joined the company because it gave them more stability and allowed the entire team to focus on one project. Aside from the acquisition, the other development is that Ninja Theory is getting a new building in Cambridge. The construction seems to be close to the heart of the city.

The studio's official Twitter account posted the time-lapse video what appears to be a new building in the very early stages of construction. Hopefully the space will go up soon and Ninja Theory's employees will have an amazing new place to work in. It's unclear if Microsoft is paying for this or the studio given how recent the acquisition is. We'll keep you posted as soon as we know more.
